Do you accept insurance?

We don't bill insurance directly so we can spend real time with you. We provide a detailed superbill on request that many clients submit to their insurance or HSA/FSA account for possible reimbursement.

Are visits in person or virtual?

Both. We see clients in the Denver metro area in person and offer secure telehealth visits for established clients anywhere in Colorado.

Do you prescribe medications?

Yes. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Lanette prescribes medications when clinically appropriate, including low-dose GLP-1s for weight management. We always pair prescriptions with nutrition and lifestyle support.

What kind of testing do you use?

Advanced functional testing such as the DUTCH hormone panel and GI-MAP stool test, in addition to standard labs. We only order what's clinically useful — testing is targeted, not a shopping list.

How long until I see results?

Most clients notice improvements in energy, sleep, or digestion within 4–8 weeks. Hormone and weight goals are usually a 3–6 month arc, with monthly check-ins to keep momentum.
